הישג משפטי לארגון משפחה חדשה: פסק דין תקדימי מאשר צוואה ביולוגית אשר בה ציווה נפטר לעשות שימוש בזרע שהקפיא בבנק הזרע. פסק הדין התקדימי התקבל היום בבית המשפט לענייני משפחה בחדרה על ידי השופטת הדס גולדקורן. בפסק הדין כתבה השופטת: “אני מורה כי התובעים יוכלו לעשות שימוש במנות הזרע של המנוח הנמצאות בבנק הזרע של הנתבע לצורך הפרייתה של התובעת מזרעו של המנוח ויהיו זכאים לקבלם לידם לצורך זה”. מדובר בפעם ראשונה בה מקבלת הצוואה הביולוגית, פתרון משפטי ייחודי של ארגון משפחה חדשה, אישור משפטי למימושה.
