חדשות 2: הוריו של הצעיר שמת יהפכו לסבים

לפני כשנה וחצי שודרה כתבה שהביאה את סיפורם של יוליה וולאד פוזינאנסקי, שבנם ברוך, לוחם ביחידה קרבית, נפטר ממחלת הסרטן כשהיה בן 25. לפני מותו הוא חתם על מסמך שמתיר להוריו להשתמש בזרעו כדי להביא לעולם נכד. אחרי מאבק ממושך, פסק השבוע בית המשפט לענייני משפחה בחדרה כי יש לקיים את הצוואה.

הזכות להשתייך לתא משפחתי ידוע
