החיים אינם מסתיימים בגופי

דווקא עכשיו כאשר חיזוריו של המוות בפתח והמלחמה כבר כאן, אני מבקשת להאיר זווית אחרת על החיים, על ערכם והמשכיותם. אני מבקשת להציע פתרון המקבל עוצמה מיוחדת בזמן מלחמה, הכוונה שלי לאפשרות להשאיר הוראה כתובה בחיינו בדבר הרצון שלנו להביא ילדים גם לאחר מותנו. פתרון המכונה על ידי “צוואה ביולוגית”. המחשבה על פתרון הצוואה הביולוגית עלתה במוחי כבר לפני עשור וחצי והיא מתייחסת לאפשרות שאדם יכין בקשה בכתב בה הוא נותן רשות להשתמש בזרע או ביצית שלו גם לאחר מותו על מנת להביא ממנו ילדים. את הבקשה הזו, ניתן להגביל בזמן, להגביל לאדם ולהגביל למספר צאצאים והעיקר שהיא תאפשר יצירת חיים חדשים. האפשרות שהמוות איננו סוף פסוק והוא טומן בחובו התחלה של חיים חדשים, היא האפשרות המעודדת ביותר במקרה של מוות אפשרי.

בעקבות צווי הגיוס למבצע “צוק איתן” התעניינות גוברת של חיילי מילואים בצוואה ביולוגית™ המאפשרת שימוש בזרעם לאחר מותם.

מאז אישר הקבינט גיוס של 40,000 חיילי מילואים, החלה התעניינות גוברת מצד מקבלי צווי ה-8 שנקראו לשרת, באפשרות להפקדת צוואה ביולוגית, המאפשרת שימוש בזרעם לאחר המוות. כך נמסר על ידי עו”ד אירית רוזנבלום, מייסדת הבנק היחיד בעולם לצוואות ביולוגיות™, בו מופקדות כיום למעלה מ 1000 צוואות ביולוגיות.
