    מדובר לפי מה שאני מבינה בפתרון כלכלי מאחר ובני הזוג אינם רשומים ברבנות?

    לרבנות גם כך אין כל קשר לעניין צוואה וירושה בין בני זוג. בין אם התחתנו ברבנות, אזרחי או ידועים בציבור, זהו נושא שצריך להסדיר, ויפה שעה אחת קודם.

    שלום,
    איזה מדריך עלינו לקרוא ברצוננו לערוך צוואה של הורשת מחצית רכושנו לבן הזוג במקרה מותו של אחד מאיתנו, והורשת כל הרכוש לילדינו במקרה מות שנינו או זה הנותר בחיים?
